Bid Manager, Infrastructure & Marine

📋 Description

• Managing each tender as a standalone project, including full administrative and financial oversight.
• Coordinating internal and external multidisciplinary teams (engineering, planning, procurement
• Leading cost estimation, pricing strategy, and financial modeling in line with target margins and
• Performing contractual and commercial risk analyses, including reviewing international contract
• Organizing and leading site visits, progress meetings, and coordination meetings with clients and
• Managing clarifications and leading commercial and technical negotiations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical
• Additional training in commercial management, contract law, or project management is an advantage.
• 8 - 12 years of experience in the construction industry, with a minimum of 5 years in bid
• Proven track record in delivering bids for infrastructure and marine projects, including ports
• Demonstrated experience leading tenders across Africa and/or the Middle East.
• Strong familiarity with international contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC) and EPC, Design-Build, and
