• Project manage bid process from RFx receipt through submission.
• Write proposals for MSP/SOW and workforce solutions.
• Partner with Sales, Solutions, and Operations to develop win themes.
• Collaborate with pitch teams to create client-facing materials.
• Champion customer needs during proposal development and bid process.
• Manage document production, version control, distribution, and QA.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-7 years of proposal writing experience.
• 3-5 years managing and developing direct reports.
• Ability to work under pressure to deadlines.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders at all levels.
• Advanced MS Word and PowerPoint; brand compliant.
