Bilingual Administrative & Client Support Assistant

📋 Description

• Review student diagnostic assessments and pre-class assignments to identify missing information
• Prepare and distribute individualized homework lists based on student progress and established
• Maintain accurate records across gradebooks, homework trackers, progress reports, Google Classroom
• Monitor recurring tasks and ensure information is organized and accessible
• Organize student information, prepare learning materials, support access to required platforms
• Support practice examinations by proctoring sessions, reviewing submissions, and grading practice

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, executive assistance
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including handling phone calls, emails, and
• Excellent organizational, time-management, recordkeeping, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Gmail, Google Drive, and
• Experience with CRM platforms for tracking client interactions, onboarding, and follow-ups is
