Bilingual Administrative & Client Support Assistant

📋 Description

• Review student diagnostic assessments and pre-class assignments to identify missing information or
• Prepare and distribute individualized homework lists based on student progress and established
• Maintain accurate records across gradebooks, homework trackers, progress reports, Google Classroom
• Organize student information, prepare learning materials, support access to required platforms, and
• Proctor practice exams, review submissions, and grade practice exams according to provided training
• Communicate professionally in English and Spanish with students, parents, and prospective clients

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in administration, customer service, sales support, executive assistance, or
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, recordkeeping, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Demonstrated ability to review work carefully, identify errors, and uphold quality standards.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, Classroom).
