📋 Description

• Welcome members and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions, following policies and protecting member data.
• Work in-store and at outreach events to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services and assist with applications.
• Travel between designated work locations as part of standard duties.
• Light housekeeping to keep the store inviting.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Must be available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and operate basic office equipment.
