📋 Description

• Review warranty contracts, previous claims, and related documentation to determine coverage and
• Assess automotive body, mechanical, and related damage to establish appropriate repair procedures
• Communicate with repair facilities to understand reported failures, diagnostic procedures, required
• Determine the most appropriate repair approach based on warranty coverage, pricing, vehicle
• Negotiate labour and parts pricing with repair facilities and authorize eligible repairs in
• Determine when an independent inspection is required and coordinate the appropriate next steps.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of automotive body repair experience is preferred.
• Fluent bilingual communication in English and French is required.
• An Auto Body Technician Certificate or Estimator qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, vehicle body structures, and light-duty trucks.
• Ability to evaluate technical information, identify problems, gather relevant facts, and reach
