📋 Description

• Assist English- and Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, chat and email
• Handle inbound client inquiries and provide proactive support
• Troubleshoot platform, account, and compliance-related issues
• Build trust and strong working relationships with clients
• Learn how businesses use ISN to manage contractors and suppliers
• Supporting sales and marketing initiatives as you develop within the role

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
• Advanced fluency in English and Portuguese (written and verbal) required
• Desire to start in customer service and move into B2B sales within 12–24 months
• Must work in the office at least 3 days per week
• Authorized to work in the U.S.; no visa sponsorship needed now or in future
