• Assisting English- and Spanish-speaking customers via phone, chat and email
• Handling inbound client inquiries and proactive support
• Troubleshooting platform, account, and compliance issues
• Building trust with clients
• Learning how ISN helps manage contractors and suppliers
• Collaborating with internal teams on retention efforts

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Advanced fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
• Desire to start in customer service and move to B2B sales within 12–24 months
• Must work in office at least 3 days a week
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now or in future
