Bilingual Business Development Consultant

📋 Description

• Proactively contact financial advisors through outbound calls, targeting at least 60 calls per day
• Build, maintain, and expand relationships with advisors in the assigned mass-market territory.
• Use consultative, question-based selling techniques to understand advisors’ business practices
• Present the value and benefits of insurance products, services, and advice to support advisors and
• Execute targeted sales campaigns, identify high-potential prospects, and develop actionable plans
• Maintain accurate advisor profiles, record sales activities, and manage relationship information

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in insurance, sales, or a related commercial role.
• Demonstrated success in proactive selling, outbound prospecting, and cold calling.
• A college or university degree in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong bilingual communication skills in English and French, both spoken and written, to support
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging financial
• A self-motivated, organized, and energetic approach, combined with the ability to manage multiple
