📋 Description

• Increase collection of outstanding payments as an individual contributor.
• Identify accounts with overdue payments and bring loans to current.
• Maintain daily, weekly and monthly collection and metric goals.
• Outbound/Inbound calls with clients to resolve debts owed.
• Comply with GoodLeap's collections policies and procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of direct credit and collections experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Prior telemarketing experience with financial products preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
