🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.
• Fluency in both French and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred, particularly in a role involving direct customer
• Excellent listening and telephone communication skills, with the ability to understand customer
• Ability to explain technical or complex information in an accessible way to non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical thinking, research, and problem-solving skills to identify issues and deliver
