Bilingual Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Handle inbound calls, delivering excellent service on leases/loans
• Build Koalafi knowledge to provide sound answers
• Resolve inquiries and issues independently, escalate when needed
• Initiate contact with customers to resolve account issues
• Proactively identify trends in issues and share feedback with management
• Be flexible to perform multiple tasks as we test new tech

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2 years of fully remote customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/Outlook)
• Experience using Slack, Zoom, or similar tools
• Strong Spanish language skills (speaking and writing)
• Remote work eligible in the permitted U.S. states
