📋 Description

• Handle daily customer interactions and back-office tasks for Oscar.
• Work with members, brokers, providers, and Oscar vendors across channels.
• Manage an assigned caseload with service delivery, productivity, and quality goals.
• Escalate and resolve issues to ensure timely turnaround.
• Participate in process improvement projects.
• Comply with PHI and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English with professional proficiency.
• 1+ year in a high-volume or customer-focused role.
• 6+ months healthcare experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong analytical and data-entry skills.
• Advanced Google Suite or Microsoft Office proficiency.
