📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles across the U.S. and Canada, including Sales Managers, Sales
• Build and own campus recruiting across U.S. and Canadian universities, focused on early-career
• Grow Chowbus's presence in Chinese student communities: Chinese Students and Scholars Associations
• Own our Handshake presence: manage our employer profile, secure school approvals, post jobs, run
• Source creatively across Handshake, LinkedIn, Indeed, WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), North American
• Create recruiting content in Chinese and English, including posts, posters, and short videos, that

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, with a major in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 0–2 years in recruiting, campus ambassador programs, student organization leadership, community
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English, written and spoken
• Strong command of WeChat and Xiaohongshu (RED), including community management and creating content
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and Handshake for outreach and job search
• Familiarity with the job search process for students, including work authorization questions
