• Process transactions per policies; protect member information.
• Work solo or with a team, exceeding daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate and engage communities about Oportun's services during outreach.
• Build local business relationships to generate leads.
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoys talking with people.
• Available weekends; rotating schedule.
• Willing to travel between locations within a commute.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand during shifts.
