• Welcome members with warm greetings and quality service.
• Process all transactions per policies and protect member info.
• Work solo or in teams while meeting daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate and inform potential members about Oportun’s services; outreach >50%.
• Build relationships with local businesses and conduct community outreach.
• Encourage store visits and assist with applications; use iPads/QR codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy talking with people.
• Love helping members through outreach and education.
• Available weekends; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular, reliable attendance; willing to work outdoors year-round.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, iPads; lift up to 25 lbs.
