📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies while protecting member info.
• Work in teams or independently to meet daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services through outreach and education activities.
• Build relationships with local businesses and community outreach partners.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Willing to do outreach and education to help members.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Regular attendance and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Basic computer skills and operate office equipment.
