• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member information.
• Work solo or in a team to exceed daily lending/servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun’s services during outreach.
• Light housekeeping to keep store inviting and clean.
• Use a computer for admin tasks and member servicing.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual in English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoys speaking with people.
• Loves helping members through outreach and education.
• Weekend availability with rotating schedule; outdoor outreach.
• Regular attendance; travel between locations as needed.
• Basic computer skills; operate office equipment; lift up to 25 lb.
