• Process transactions per policy and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s services through outreach activities.
• Travel between locations as part of standard duties.
• Engage in community outreach and events to raise awareness.

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must enjoy helping members through outreach and education.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and use basic office equipment.
