• Process transactions per policy while protecting members' information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate and engage potential members at stores and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and partners to generate leads.
• Assist with applications using iPads and QR codes during outreach.

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Loves helping members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to promote products.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
