📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions following policies and protect member info.
• Work independently or with a team to meet lending/servicing goals.
• Outreach: educate members, build local business relationships, and help with apps.
• Light housekeeping to keep stores inviting and clean.
• Stand while assisting; sit during non-member tasks; 3-6 hrs/day on computers.

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy speaking with people.
• Loves helping members; outreach and education.
• Weekend availability; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular, reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round; able to lift 25 lbs; basic computer skills.
