• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions, following policies and protecting member data.
• Work as a team or independently to exceed lending and servicing goals.
• Educate potential members about Oportun's services through outreach most of the time.
• Travel between designated locations for outreach within a reasonable commute.
• Light housekeeping to keep store inviting and presentable.

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoys talking with people.
• Loves to help members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule; travel between locations.
• Regular, reliable attendance; ability to work outdoors year-round.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads; lift up to 25 lbs.
