• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process transactions, follow policies, and protect member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Engage in outreach >50% of the time at stores and community events.
• Build relationships with local businesses and promote Oportun services.
• Actively engage with people around Oportun stores, encouraging visits and assisting with applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Must be outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Must love to help members, including prospective members through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Must have regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Willing to work outdoors year-round to identify sales opportunities.
