• Welcome members with a warm greeting and quality member service.
• Process transactions per policy and protect member information.
• Work in-store or independently to meet daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable services.
• Engage in outreach at stores and community events.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused; enjoy talking with people.
• Loves helping members, including outreach activities.
• Available weekends; rotating schedule every two weeks.
• Regular, reliable attendance to support store operations.
• Able to lift up to 25 pounds and use basic office tech (phones, scanners, iPads).
