📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, exceeding daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun’s inclusive, affordable financial services.
• Lead outreach at stores and in the community to generate awareness and leads.
• Assist with applications using iPads or scanners and QR codes.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales‑focused and enjoy speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends; flexible with rotating schedules.
• Willing to travel between designated locations within a reasonable commute.
• Regular, reliable attendance; ability to lift up to 25 pounds; basic computer skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate office equipment (phones, scanners, iPads).
