• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Seamlessly process all transactions, while following policies and protecting member information.
• Work as a team or independently, including time alone in store, while exceeding daily goals.
• Inform and educate potential members about Oportun’s services through outreach at stores, partner
• Build relationships with local businesses to promote Oportun’s services.
• Engage in outreach at flea markets, events, and LAAS partner locations to capture leads and start

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales‑focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Enjoy helping members and prospects through outreach and educational activities.
• Available to work weekends with rotating schedules and reliable attendance.
• Willing to work outdoors for outreach, lift up to 25 pounds, and operate basic office equipment.
