Bilingual Field Supervisor

📋 Description

• Oversee field ops and ensure client program execution across markets.
• Manage field activities: selling, merchandising, distribution, activations, audits.
• Support management with field calendars, schedules, and reporting; escalate issues.
• Mentor field staff and drive performance improvements; recruit/training support.
• Travel to stores in assigned territory; flexible hours for deadlines.
• Use technology to complete work efficiently; maintain clear client/team communication.

🎯 Requirements

• Must have retail experience, preferably Hispanic retail.
• Knowledge of trade marketing principles and grocery industry.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking and communication.
• Prefer bilingual Spanish and English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel.
