📋 Description

• Provide individualized career counseling to students
• Provide employment services and support to high school students and make referrals of adults to
• Assess participant needs and competencies to create individualized education and employment goals
• Assist students in developing resumes, completing job applications, and preparing for interviews
• Conduct assessments to identify skills, interests, and potential barriers to employment
• Link students eligible for more intensive career services with programs such as AMP or WIOA

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required: professionally fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and
• 1-3 years of experience in workforce development, career counseling, or a related area; experience
• Experience working with WIOA programs, case management, or similar government-funded workforce
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of career counseling techniques and workforce development practices
• Familiarity with WIOA regulations and guidelines
