Bilingual Human Resources Manager (French/English)

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance and coaching to employees, managers, and leaders across multiple
• Advise on complex employee relations issues, including corrective actions, policy violations
• Manage HR matters across unionized and non-unionized environments while ensuring consistent, fair
• Partner with HR centres of expertise, shared services, compliance teams, and HR business partners
• Work independently through ambiguous and sensitive situations, adapting priorities and recommending
• Coach HR colleagues and other stakeholders, sharing expertise and strengthening HR capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A college or university degree in Human Resources or a related discipline, or equivalent
• At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience as an HR generalist, including a minimum
• Previous experience supporting employees in Quebec, with knowledge of the Commission des normes, de
• Working knowledge of employment and labour legislation, relevant legal decisions, and regulatory
• Demonstrated experience supporting a large remote workforce and helping employees and managers
