📋 Description

• Manage ongoing disability and life waiver of premium claims.
• Review medical, financial records and investigations.
• Interpret policy provisions, exclusions, riders, benefits.
• Communicate outcomes with policyholders and brokers.
• Maintain accurate claim files and reserve calculations.
• Collaborate with medical/legal teams as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in any discipline or equivalent experience.
• 2–3+ years in claims adjudication, preferably disability.
• Fully bilingual in French and English.
• Strong customer service mindset and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
