📋 Description

• Partner with business stakeholders, project teams, and subject matter experts across the
• Lead instructional design projects end-to-end, from intake and needs analysis through design
• Recommend appropriate learning strategies and delivery formats, including instructor-led training
• Plan, design, and develop high-quality learning solutions in both English and French, supporting
• Apply instructional design and adult learning methodologies such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom’s
• Design learning assessments and evaluation approaches to measure effectiveness, gather insights

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and developing learning solutions using authoring and
• Demonstrated knowledge and practical experience applying instructional design methodologies, adult
• Professional fluency in both English and French, written and spoken, is required for effective
• Demonstrated ability to manage learning projects from beginning to end, including stakeholder
• Experience designing and developing technical or complex learning content, with the ability to
• Experience with digital adoption or in-application learning tools, such as Whatfix or similar
