📋 Description

  • Provide timely and accurate info to international customers via phone, email.
  • Manage high-volume international customer accounts and needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and identify root causes.

🎯 Requirements

  • Strong communication; fluency in English and Spanish.
  • Two-year degree or 4+ years related experience; undergraduate degree preferred.
  • Previous healthcare/biotech/diagnostics customer service experience.
  • Ability to work independently and in a global team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail; documentation.
  • Proficient in CRM tools; HIPAA/PHI privacy training within 30 days.
