Conducting clinical intakes and assessments
Developing client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
Providing individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
Collaborating with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and other members of our interdisciplinary
Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in our EHR
Providing family education and care coordination

🎯 Requirements

Active Illinois license: LPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Commitment to trauma-informed care

$45–$65 per billable hour, based on license level
