📋 Description

• Lead and support frontline teams to meet KPIs and service standards.
• Coach and manage employee performance with evaluations and improvement plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Social Work, Psychology, Sexology, or related field.
• 2–4 years supervisory or people management in a clinical setting.
• Experience in mental health services, crisis intervention, or counselling preferred.
• Strong English and French oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams in collaborative environments.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends in a 24/7 schedule; remote work.
