📋 Description

• Conduct proactive outbound outreach to members through phone calls, text messages, and email.
• Clearly explain the purpose of the outreach and the award-recognition initiative.
• Follow established scripts and qualification processes while maintaining a natural, personable, and

• Ask qualification questions accurately, guide members through surveys, and collect required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service, member support, outreach, appointment setting, or a
