Bilingual Mental Health Therapist- LCSW, LPC, LMSW, LGPC

📋 Description

• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Carry a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team of therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR
• Educate and coordinate care for families, not just the child

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
• Experience with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
