Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - Maryland

📋 Description

• Carry a caseload of 15–36 weekly sessions via telehealth
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via telehealth
• Choose part-time or full-time schedule
• Most clinicians work 2–9 PM on weekdays; weekend availability a plus
• Conduct intakes and build trauma-informed treatment plans
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
• Experience with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary team
