Bilingual Mental Health Therapist - Maryland

📋 Description

• Carry a caseload of 15–36 sessions per week via telehealth
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy
• Most clinicians work weekday afternoons/evenings (2–9 PM); weekends a plus
• Conduct intakes and build client-centered, trauma-informed plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team (therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists)
• Maintain timely documentation in our EHR

🎯 Requirements

• Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, LMFT or LCSW-C
• Experience with children, teens, and families
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Bilingual English/Spanish — strongly preferred
• Grounded in trauma-informed, culturally responsive practice
