• Deliver Virtual Care with Impact: Review patient histories and determine candidacy for treatment
• Support and Prescribe: Issue prescriptions when appropriate; communicate with patients via secure
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to refine workflows and deliver high-quality care at scale.
• Improve patient and provider experience by partnering with CX, Product, and Engineering to reduce

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Registered in good standing with OIIQ, with licensure eligibility in other Canadian provinces
• Technologically savvy with experience or comfort in digital care platforms.
• Excellent communicator in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Empathetic and timely in addressing patient needs.
• Curious and innovative; able to work cross-functionally with non-clinical teams.
