📋 Description

• Review volunteer applications and communicate with applicants and references to provide a welcoming
• Process reactivation requests from former online missionaries and guide them through the required
• Use CRM and learning management systems to accurately track application status, training progress
• Engage with trainees throughout their learning journey, helping them understand expectations and
• Review trainee exercises and provide constructive coaching and guidance on effective online
• Place successful graduates within an appropriate volunteer community and coordinate with their new

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or coordination role.
• Strong written communication skills in both English and Spanish, particularly for professional
• Comfortable learning and using new technologies, digital platforms, CRM systems, and online
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workflows, deadlines, and requests
• Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a practical and solutions-oriented
• Ability to communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with applicants and trainees
