Bilingual Operations Associate, Risk

📋 Description

• Executing all aspects of initial customer onboarding while maintaining swift service level
• Working with prospective customers to acquire information and documentation necessary for
• Processing prospective customers' KYB + KYC applications to ensure they are compliant with Float's
• Collaborating with other Float teams, such as Revenue, Customer Support, and the wider Risk team
• Tracking and analyzing core metrics related to the customer approvals function to empower
• Participating in special projects as required to help work towards the company mission.

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an operations or customer-facing role in the financial services
• Previous knowledge of and/or experience with KYB + KYC is highly preferred
• Exposure to B2B SaaS and/or an early to mid-stage startup environment will be an asset
• Spectacular attention to detail
• Customer-obsessed mindset
• Quick study and able to learn on the fly
