📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for complex initiatives.
• Translate business/user needs into PRDs, user stories, flows.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Collaborate with eng, design, data, marketing, legal, and compliance.
• Manage timelines, priorities, and trade-offs for timely delivery.
• Define KPIs to measure product success.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or 3+ years tech exp.
• 5+ years product management experience.
• Proven success launching/iterating complex products.
• Experience with eng teams and Agile methods.
• Strong analytics: define KPIs, data-driven decisions.
• Business English and Japanese proficiency.
