Bilingual Sales & Customer Service Representative

📋 Description

• Handle a steady volume of inbound calls from prospective students, explaining services, packages
• Make outbound calls to leads, previous inquiries, and prospective students who have not yet
• Follow up with students who have completed the classroom portion of Driver's Education and convert
• Address objections related to pricing, scheduling, and customer hesitation with patience
• Present package benefits and pricing persuasively and close sales in either English or Spanish.
• Communicate student progress to parents and identify appropriate opportunities to recommend

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related role, ideally involving significant
• Demonstrated ability to manage a consistent volume of inbound and outbound calls.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or conversion targets, rather than focusing solely on service
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish, with mandatory C1–C2 English proficiency.
• Ability to switch naturally between English and Spanish during customer conversations.
• Confident communicating pricing, explaining service options, handling objections, and closing sales
