📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and go-live for ClickUp.
• Translate requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions (workflows, templates).
• Guide setup, integrations, enablement, governance, and change management.
• Monitor account health, adoption, and stakeholder engagement.
• Drive AI enablement and automation; build AI agents and automations.
• Lead customer success and expansion; align with renewals and AI upsells.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual English and Portuguese
• Deep knowledge of ClickUp, automations, integrations, AI Agents
• Generative AI concepts, prompt design, automation frameworks
• Consultative discovery: workflow analysis and mapping
• Project and program management for complex accounts
• Data-driven dashboards, metrics, ROI communication
• Customer engagement with executive presence; cross-functional collaboration
