Bilingual ServiceNow Functional Project Manager (Spanish)

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow projects, from initial planning and execution through monitoring
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and executive
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional ServiceNow
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and
• Ensure projects follow ServiceNow platform best practices and remain aligned with business

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience managing ServiceNow implementations or enhancements.
• Professional Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both
• Current residence in the United States, specifically California, or Mexico City, Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and its core modules.
