📋 Description

• Welcome members with a warm greeting and provide quality member service.
• Process all transactions following policies and protect member data.
• Work as a team or alone to exceed daily lending and servicing goals.
• Educate members about Oportun services during outreach.
• Engage in outreach more than 50% of the time at stores and events.
• Use iPads or QR codes to start new applications.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Outgoing, sales-focused, and enjoy speaking with people.
• Available to work weekends with rotating two-week schedules.
• Regular, reliable attendance required.
• Basic computer skills; operate phones, scanners, and iPads.
• Willingness to travel between locations within a reasonable commute.
