📋 Description

• Travel to one client near you for 1:1 home care visits.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors’ orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients’ conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
• Operate with autonomy in clients’ homes, with support as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program (LPN).
• A current LPN license in good standing (state).
• One year of nursing experience (LPN or RN).
