Bilingual Sr. Talent Acquisition Consultant

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple open positions
• Partner with hiring managers/HR to align hiring needs
• Build sourcing plans using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals
• Maintain pipeline of 15–20 concurrent requisitions
• Deliver positive candidate experience with timely communication
• Improve recruitment practices with new sourcing techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in full-cycle talent acquisition or recruitment consulting
• Fluency in English and French for Canada
• Degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
• Expertise in sourcing: LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, networking, diversity sourcing
• Proven ability to advise hiring managers on labor market trends
• Experience with ATS and recruitment technologies
