📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across Canada for tech and consulting roles.
• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and skill profiles.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates via diverse channels.
• Deliver best-in-class candidate experiences from attraction to onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment metrics and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with People and Culture to optimize tools and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years’ full-cycle technical recruitment in high-volume environments.
• Fully bilingual French-English for verbal and written.
• Experience recruiting in Ontario, Quebec and Alberta.
• Proven success partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver hiring strategy and results.
• Strong communication and relationship-building across all levels.
• Experience recruiting across multiple technical disciplines (data, cloud, cybersecurity, AI, digital).
• Experience using ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
