📋 Description

• Build, scale, and improve bill pay and payments features.
• Be SME on money transmission and payments regulation.
• Translate regulatory requirements into practical product decisions.
• Collaborate with compliance, risk, marketing, sales, and partners.
• Decide when to build in-house vs. use outside counsel.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in law firms/fintech advising on money transmission and payments.
• Knowledge of money transmission laws, BSA/AML, EFTA, NACHA rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for memos, terms, disclosures.
• Ownership mentality for complex matters requiring sound judgment.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Law degree and bar admission in at least one jurisdiction.
• Team player who helps on other products; One Brex.
